Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Cedar & Saffron Market website handles information. It applies to this public website and its Contact and Request Service forms.
Information you provide
The forms can collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred reply method, request category, optional date, optional guest estimate, message, and consent to receive a response. The server creates a request reference and records the time of acceptance. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, bank information, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information.
Technical information
The website uses a short anti-spam rate limit. For that purpose, the server creates a one-way hash derived from the requesting network address and stores a timestamp in a protected directory. The hosting provider may also maintain standard security and access logs under its own operational practices. This site does not intentionally use advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to record, review, respond to, and follow up on your market question or service request; maintain service integrity; investigate errors or abuse; and address privacy or accessibility concerns. A request does not create an account or store a browser-side business record.
Storage and protection
Accepted requests are stored in a server-side ledger outside the public website directory. The ledger and rate-limit files use restrictive server permissions, and concurrent writes use an exclusive lock. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection, so submit only the information needed for the request.
Sharing
Information may be available to the hosting provider as necessary to operate the server and to people authorized to review Cedar & Saffron Market requests. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal process. The website does not state that submitted information is sold.
Retention and choices
Request information may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to review the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, secure the service, or meet legal obligations. You may use the Contact page to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Include the request reference when available. A request may be limited where retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Children
This website is intended for general market inquiries and is not directed to children. Do not submit information about a child unless it is necessary for a legitimate request and you are authorized to do so.
Changes and contact
This policy may be revised when the website or its data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Send privacy questions through the Contact form and place the word “privacy” near the beginning of the message.
